In the USA we have Child Protective services and of course the family court system. When someone files a false accusation it has to be investigated regardless of how nutty it is or how often that abuser decides to terrorize a child and their family. So let's say you don't like your neighbor because he or she leaves their trash bin out by the road to long after the garbage is picked up or perhaps their dog wanders onto your yard and poops from time to time. You can just call up CPS and file a false report and remain completely anonymous.

Then a social worker or even the police will show up and begin an investigation. Even if it is beyond obvious that it is a false allegation they still go through their procedures. Your child is interviewed, their teachers are interviewed, etc etc. Then like stupid humans do they gossip and then the parents of your kid's friends start to wonder about you. Perhaps they do not let their kids come over to your house any more and your kid loses some of their friends. The the kids at school gossip and tease and bully the kid. Perhaps there was an allegation of a sexual nature so they take your daughter and put her through a forensic examination. The kids are left abused and traumatized for perhaps their entire lives. Sometimes the child is removed from the home for a period of time and placed in a foster home where they are in fact sexually abused. This type of abuse happens all the time and is just considered collateral damage and nobody is doing anything about it. And of course there are ZERO consequences for the false accuser. The false accuser/child abuser is free to do this to as many children as they want and as often as they want.

Then there is the family court and DV (domestic violence) court which is a house of horrors for so many children because so many family court judges are full of hatred and are often childless themselves. Shouldn't these monsters at least be required to have procreated and raised children? Does that not seem fair? These child abusers wearing black robes seem to delight in destroying the lives of children. I am sure the are good judges but so many if them obviously are corrupt, inept, or just downright full of hate. It is easy to find videos of judges abusing parents in the courtroom. There just does not seem to be any real push back so these abusers are free to hurt as many children as they wish. When an abusive parent makes a false accusation against a good parent then it makes the good parent look bad. The good parent does not make a false allegation against the abusive parent because they have a conscience and they believe that truth and goodness will prevail. What happens is the false allegation tends to stick with the good parent and the bad parent wins the case.

There is a woman who is very close to me who suffered years and years of abuse and neglect due to this abusive system. She and her brother were abandoned by their mother and the father had full custody. The father wanted the kids to have a relationship with the kids so he let them visit her. This was a huge mistake because she fabricated false sexual abuse allegations against the father and coached the daughter (then 7 years old) to say she had been abused by the father. Here we are 25 years later and the woman is still suffering from the effects of the abuse. And that was not the only abuse she was also emotionally abused and neglected the rest of her child hood because of course the HATE MONGER AND ABUSIVE FAMILY COURT JUDGES and COWARDLY LAZY AND DUMB POLICE all fall right in line and take the word of the mother and become complicit in the abuse. You fucking cowardly assholes who call me a woman hater because I am an activist for this crazy radical bias against fathers are deranged because roughly 50% of the children who are abused this way are in fact female. So please tell me how I hate women when I am so concerned about saving them from abuse?

Every day in every city and in every county there are children who are being abused with YOUR TAX DOLLARS. YOU are complicit in this abuse as well. Everyone of you cowardly fucks who claim to be good people are paying into a system that hurtss thousands upon thousands of children every year.

What are the solutions? Jury trials. Criminals get the respect of having jury trials why do not innocent children get the benefit of having a jury of decent people make decisions for their future instead of some hate - indoctrinated, corrupt, inept, and abusive family court judge? How about our lawmakers pass laws that will prosecute the most obvious cases of false allegations? The IRS prosecutes a tiny fraction of all tax cheats every year in order to make the rest of the population fearful of cheating and it is very effective because they make sure to pick high profile cases that get lots of media attention. They prosecute about 1,000 cases a year.

False accusations are epidemic but the hate mongers in society try to lie and say it is only 2%. It is much much higher and is epidemic. Evil prevails when good people do nothing.

So the next time you give a few bucks to charity or report a suspicious person at a playground and you pat yourself on the back for "caring about children" just know you are a complete fucking phony. GO FUCK YOURSELF. How about you be a hero to the thousands of children who's entire worlds are destroyed every year by these abusive cunts who prey on children.

Raise awareness! Make posts on the internet, talk to people, talk to police officers, talk to anyone anywhere that will listen. The movie "Divorce Corp" came out this year and DR Drew is narrating it. It is a good primer but the reality is much much worse than what they portray in that documentary.

Thank you. However I had a great childhood with loving parents. The only abuse I suffer is having to live in a society that does not care enough about children that they take their eyes off their sports and vapid TV shows to help stop child abuse.
