    Paxum wires lost

    Send 1-2 10k wires to Paxum about every month for a few years, here's an example:



    Now the last two wires haven't arrived. First one they actually FRONTED us the money, which was extremely helpful, but we still need these wires deposited, and money going out, which isn't happening, for this whole damned month, right before Christmas, huge issues

                  why does PAXUM REFUSE to address this issue?

                      Don't worry at least paxum is matching donations for the angel givng tree instead of getting their own shit together that's why I use payoneer!

                          programs continue to use them payoneer never an issue. support is super fast! never had to submit a ton of documents either.

                                          You should have started a thread when the fronted you the $10k saying thanks rather than bitching because you didn't add the notes that's on the wire instructions.

                                              We advised you to initiate a recall with your bank for the missing wire. You will receive the $10k wire back to your bank if you recall.

                                              We pre-funded $10k to your Paxum account. We have not received that $10k back from you as the wire you sent has not arrived.

                                              As a courtesy, we chose to allow you to use the latest wire funds added to your account for payments, rather than reverse the $10k advance at this time.

                                              It is your obligation to provide us the $10k already credited to your account. We trust that, when you are able to do so, you will send a new wire for $10k to cover the owed amount.

                                                                              Was told by worker who sends the wires that the special instructions were included AS THEY ALWAYS WERE every time the wire is put through.

                                                                              Why do I come to GFY with this? Because the current wire was deposited into my account about an hour after making this thread.

                                                                              Even still, we're sending a new 50k wire to cover the 10k lent by Paxum and are extremely grateful for that.

                                                                              Even though the special instructions and all information WAS INCLUDED in the wire details as it always is, we will assume responsibility for getting back the 10k recalled to our bank, and are extremely grateful that Paxum put the money into our account in the mean time.

                                                                                  There was TWO wires 'missing' at the time of making this thread. The current one was deposited AFTER this thread was created and the first one is still missing. Guy that does the wires like clockwork says the Special Instructions were included like they always were. Extremely grateful Paxum floated the money, even though it's money we always need, and always send. We're now assuming responsibility for recalling the wire and have sent a larger wire to keep things going and covering the 10k float.

                                                                                                          I've had similar issues with a wire and the bank paxum uses. The issue wasn't with paxum. They were not a party to the transaction. It was an issue with another company who uses the same bank. I think their bank isn't the best, but I love paxum over payoneer.
