      I bought a new Acer in around 1994, I'd say.

      The 14.4 kbps modem was fried and I had to call them to get a repair order.

      I had to sit on hold in the queue to talk to support for close to an ENTIRE day.

      I went to bed for at last eight hours and woke up STILL ON HOLD.
