      Capellini Pomodoro when made properly and with fresh ingredients is hands down my favorite pasta dish.



      A very close second is a good ole' fashioned American bastardized spaghetti with meat sauce.

                                                          I wish I had a picture, a couple of days ago I went to my GFs kink friends' house and they made the fanciest spaghetti dinner with meatballs the size of a softball stuffed with cheese and delicious garlic bread and brioche.
                                                          Then the 'littles' played around half naked while we smoked and watched Christmas movies. I love kink people..

                                                                                                                  Spaghetti Aglio e Olio! I like to create as much flavour with as less (FRESH!!!) products... That to me is italian cooking!

                                                                                                                  I do put a red peper in it... so spaghetti, garlic, red pepper and a little bit parsley... then parmesan cheese of course... that's all... hmmm delicious...
