seems like when I blocked their IPs and disabled their site mirroring method I actually speeded up their process and they already redirected that traffic to cam sites

so in short, their method is:
1. mirror a site with lots of text content
2. wait to get indexed by retarded google
3. gain traffic off other people pages
4. redirect all to cam sites at some point
5. PROFIT

sidenote: been changing mails with google dmca team but they fail to understand the issue so I mostly get some auto responses, bleh

People have been doing that for a long time. The main problem is that those sites still get indexed long enough to make a decent profit before having to throw it away and do it over again.

I think there was a thread about it here before, I'm not 100%, but a lurker here does this and sometimes does blasts like ####.domain.tld over and over using grey hat techniques and targets high volume webcam terms and by the time he's sandboxed, he's already made like 20000% profit then goes to the next. That's my only clue.

the thing I'm talking about isn't just scraping, it's a full blown fucking copy, from A to Z, all served from my server

I do know shit like that happens but I don't get it how the all smart google can't figure such stuff out and indexes them fully, even at some points above my own stuff

its called reverse proxy , there is nginx module for that.

it acts like a middle man between your site and surfer. they can change the site contents and replace your ads with their ads. and do shit like that.

if they are not replacing your ads then you are the one making money as site owner, its same as cloudflare service .

google nginx reverse proxy. its the same way thepiratebay 's so called supporter managed to clone/proxy piratebay to hundreds of domains, but only one is real site while all othes are proxy sites. its not same as normal proxy .

you can block access to the ip which is doing this to your site.

you can even make his ads not appear on your site after proxying. by adding pcp policy.

Cloudflare has a couple of nice APPS for fighting this. Also, if the thief's site is outranking you, you should be DMCA'ing to Google and other SE's.
