Getting a haircut makes you feel like a new person.

Isn't it strange how something as trivial as getting a haircut can boost your confidence so much? I've let my hair go for quite some time, was going to grow it out long for the Winter. Decided to get a haircut today, and I left the salon skipping and clicking my heels. The only thing missing was whistling cartoon birds flying around me.

I'm getting one today as well. Mostly because I have to renew my drivers license this week. In my last DL photo I looked like a total creeper. Unshaved, longer hair.

If I had it my way I would just grow a beard. My wife won't let me munch the puss with one though cause it irritates her thighs/lips.

I get one every 6-7 weeks or so. It does not boost my confidence because I like my haircut best at the 3d, 4th week after the cut. 1st and 2nd week is pretty much like 6th and 7th week for me - at first a bit too short, then a bit too long.
Middle weeks are the best for confidence for me.

Anyone is similar? Or am I unique snowflake and everybody else likes their haircut the best at the very first day after the cut?

i've had the same 'haircut' since highschool. just long hair half way down my back. i grew it out partly because i never liked haircuts i got.

you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

I've also had the same haircut for about 7 years. My stylist comes to my house every 2 weeks to cut it. She'll be here Christmas Eve.

I like mine the best after 2-3 days. Can't wait 3-4 weeks to like it the best as get mine cut every 2 weeks.

For the price of a decent haircut plus tip you could buy a basic trimmer and shave your head and our balls in the same day and never pay for a haircut again. I will tell you it is very liberating.
