Agreed, the whole lack of communication about the issue is what's problematic for us. We have a few sites that have constant email coming in for a mainstream business. I was so tempted to update the nameservers last night but waited and waited. We just switched them a few minutes ago...

Based on everything I have been told by Amerinoc, power to the servers never went down, so servers never went hard down, which is when we have issues with data loss.
