How Syed Farook got 28 Grand - Prosper Peer To Peer Lending

    https://www.prosper.com/welcome/how_it_works.aspx

I am guessing the lenders are going to get screwed on that loan. Maybe the loan can be bundled into a AAA bond and sold to pension plans on Wall Street.

Online lender Prosper recently made a $28,500 loan to Syed Rizwan Farook who, along with his wife, killed 14 people at a holiday party last week in San Bernardino, California, according to a source familiar with the matter

Well he didn't live long and prosper. Nor did 14 other people. The lender will get screwed for this kind of terrorist funding as it doesn't deliver ROI with which the borrower can repay the loan.

Also if the borrower blows himself up, as many terrorists do, that essentially guarantees non payment.

These lending companies are really taking off. Seems like there is one on every corner. I know a guy that lends money and gets checks that he picks up from a hardware store.

                    Seems insane.

"Care for orphan" means "train future terrorist".

                          Code:
Are you or have you ever been a terrorist? []yes []no
You want them to add this question to the loan application form?

He had a government job and "qualified" for a loan but to demonify peer2peer lending over this will not stop terrorism.

Is peer2peer lending possibly a new way to launder money meant for terrorism or other illegal activity? That could be ...

Seems that the USA's legal principle of innocent until proven guilty can be suspended if any terrorism may be involved. If that is the case -- then the terrorists have already won. Terrorism has overridden and destroyed the legal system #win
