ISIS Has Help Desk for Terrorists Staffed Around the Clock - NBC News

They are really laying on the bullshit over encryption... They claimed the Paris attacks weren't stopped due to not being able to ease drop on encrypted messaging systems.. Meanwhile the attackers didn't use encrypted messing systems.. They texted each other...

If these Jihadis were as sophisticated as the governments claim they could just spin their own SSL/TLS certs (without public keys) and store the certs on their own computing devices then message using VPNs as a foil.

The messaging is secure for reasonable time.

I am thinking a lot of this is disinformation

They don't even need secure messaging. It's enough that they meet up in a mosque every once in a while and talk about plans there, never discussing them on phone or internet.
