Exactly. I don't get why this seems to be accepted practice in this thread. To continually chase your money down and 'hope' they actually give it to you.

I'm not accusing CB of this as I have no idea if it's happening within my account so I want to make that clear. But from the many reports in this thread I don't know why most are not outraged instead of just accepting that this is now how they will conduct their business from now on.

The user id, date they signed up and date they stopped spending. Using Bills great CB Stats tool

Personally I'm kind of grateful that i got the money i would have earned from them back, as well as now getting my 20% on what they spend going forward. Its better than thinking some model just stole them and that was the end of it. You have a valid point though, we shouldn't have to do this in the first place

Ive had over 10 refunds, after they got pointed back to my account none of them spent $1 ever again so I did not see the 20% profits. Let us know if they spend again on your account, As for me my spenders created a new account and spent $1000s but as soon as they got pointed back to my account they spent $0.

I think it's about time CB inserts a little script on signup, that when someone makes an account and fills in his card/banknumber or so, that the script checks if it is alrdy on another account, and then move it to the existing account or say that it's already in use. This wil save a lot of work for CB and us.

When i want to make an account for instance on Google with my registered mailadres i also get a warning that it's alrdy in use.

The payment processor being a 3rd part, I dont think they have an hand on that.

They have user's name and everything when verifying account. I sure they can do it.

The payment processor can be third party, register account should be at CB itself.

There is no personal information in an account. The actual name, surname and card number are and MUST be kept at a third party for security reason.

Now the only way they can match multiple accounts is eventually IP, which is not only illegal in europe under GDPR, but highly inneficient.

Not trying to say it's not their job, but there are things that definitely requires more work than just a "piece of cake"

Something very odd is happening this month.
New spenders, that have a reg date as the same as spend date, yet with trackers that are 2+ years old.
I do not have them in the stats as registration, yet they spend.

I also noticed the same thing in my stats. I figured that they clicked years ago and only just signed up. But the cookie would have well and truly expired. Some kind of stats glitch?

It's probably best drawing a line under it and hoping CB put measures in place to prevent it happening again in the future.

I mean where is the line, just pure affiliate accounts that have had a referral signup under a model affiliate or do they check all users for former accounts and link to original affiliate, even if was the case of affiliate to affiliate to affiliate…? Imagine the smaller affiliate with low number of good spenders / whales, all of a sudden reallocated to big affiliate who had pop on major tube years before?

I always get the exact amount that is in my CB stats, but this time CB paid me almost 1% less then in my stats.

There should be a 50 cents difference between the stats and the Paxum payment. Chaturbate charges $0.5 before sending to Paxum which then charges $.25

If your earning was $50 then the payout processing fee is indeed 1% (.5c).

Anything else you should contact them. I checked my stats and they are $0.5 more than my payout which is normal.

Is this a "compensation" after a statistical error? My other account also has a different amount of "compensation". More people with the same?

As a good habit I recommend you check every payout from every cam sponsors. Not only this is important for accountancy but some cam sponsors can introduce payment errors.
ex: one of them was charging 0 for many months and out of the blue with no warning I got a processing fee on my last payment.
Another example: a sponsor sent me an email saying they sent money but they didn't. they corrected the mistake by sending me the wrong amount, with no notes or emails to bound that payment to a billing period. This same cam sponsor was incapable of telling me how the processing fee was calculated.

I recommend payment in USD even if the option of SEPA is available. processing fees are a pain but with SEPA you introduce conversion rate complexity as well.

In my experience chaturbate is very good with respect to payout + fees.
