Isn't this what we expect from our government? I mean, really? Spend the god damn money, look like a hero in front of the world signing a bill, and sleep a little better at night.

      Just fucking disgusting.

9/11 responders didn't/won't help him get re-elected but big oil did/will. I'm sure there's more to it. Maybe the WTC insurance companies?

All those hundreds of millions of dollars that were donated to various "charities" by well intended people from all over the world who just wanted to help in some way and now these guys have to die broke and worrying about how their families are going to make it financially. Just fucking disgusting

Very sad. But I'm sure all those Syrian terr... I mean "refugees" will receive free, top-notch medical care. I guess the money that'll pay for it has to come from somewhere. Sorry, 9-11 responders.

They'll be bringing with them untold number of diseases we've long-since eradicated. Drug companies will have to work overtime to keep up with the demand. Great news for all the politicians who are shareholders in Big Pharma. CHA-CHING!

With Government/Taxpayer funded Health Care, the question wouldn't arise.

As the Government employs them to do what they did and still do, the Government should have paid for Health Insurance to cover them for life from injuries at work. You can bet money those higher up the ladder are covered.

Maybe they should go on strike to ensure they get coverage. That's how a free market works best.

Well since the government financed 911 the least they could do was to take care of those first responders now!
