              An absurd conspiracy theory would be Elvis is still alive, living on the moon, and planning a comeback tour with Michael Jackson. Or Big Foot, Chubacabra, The Lochness Monster, and ManBearPig. I don't know about you, but if I see something that makes me, and almost every professional and academic in the field, question physics and structural engineering, then I'm going to do some research and be a little skeptical. There's a great book to read about controlling citizens with different types of psychological manipulation on a social scale, called, "The Social Animal" by Elliot Aronson. It will make you start thinking differently about how this world operates, and scare the shit out of you at the same time.

              It's a proven fact that different governments have used false flag attacks to push their agenda. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to know a vast majority of politicians are absolutely corrupt.

              Oh, and these guys of "lower intelligence", Benjamin Franklin and Socrates, said it's our duty to question authority.

                      iflscience is pro-vaccine, pro-GMO, pushes Climate Change propaganda and thinks Bill Gates is a hero, definitely a site to avoid unless you just want to check up on the latest corporate propaganda and corporate-funded $cientific studie$

                          They tested 300 people to get the results to this experiment. Then wrote the article as fact. They have perfected the scientific method.

                              If it was a study showing the harm of vaccines, they would have got lynched for having such a small sample size.

                              The 'study' probably focused on people who believe Elvis is alive, instead of those who have pulled apart the $cientific BS we get fed. They won't have included the 1000's of architects and engineers who call out the 9/11 false flag in their study, nor will they have included the long list of anti-vaccine doctors and researchers or the 1000's of scientists calling out the Climate BS.

                                      That isn't true in the least. Intelligent people, or even specifically ones with high iq's, are just as prone to mental illness as anyone, even more so probably. An inventor will see a problem and spend every waking moment to solve this problem. Where someone who is mentally ill will try to solve a problem that isn't there to begin with. Having intelligence or an education in their background is used as justification for their beliefs if anything.

                                      I used to compare it to a religion but that doesn't fit either. Religion can actually have a positive effect on people and generally does for the most part (not always as we all know). Chasing delusions can only do harm. Does this mean we don't question things regarding our governments words and actions? Of course not, it is our civic duty to do EXACTLY that. However insinuating they have evil agendas with every move they make is paranoia at its worst.
