How to promote Brazzers content?

In many different forums I'm seeing some webmasters receiving a very similar DMCA report - usually from the company behind Brazzers. Here you can see an example:

Most of them are owners of clean websites, which means they do not share or provide full download/stream content from the studios. Most of them are created for promotional purposes.
The thing is, how is possible to promote Brazzers when even if your website is clean and is promoting their videos with banners, also get listed on these DMCA reports?
I've spoken with a webmaster today who said all the work he did on a website was down the drain when his root URL was listed in a DMCA report, but all the pages with Brazzers content are provided by their affiliate system (JuggCash).
Any idea on what is causing this? Or even how to avoid being listed on these DMCA reports by mistake? I'm sure this reports are being generated by bots and are not reviewed.
