Russia doesn't need to use nukes. They already have the world's most powerful conventional bomb, strong as a nuke.

And this was years ago. I'd imagine their arsenal of these things is even more powerful by now.

Sure, at ground zero. But since these weapons are conventional, there no radiation. No subjecting every neighboring country to fallout.

there will not be a normal nuclear war like US against russia because the USA is spineless and can not beat tiny penis asian farmers let alone russians...but what will happen one day is the advance of technology and the country with the most enemies will be the one to get a home made nuke first...or bacteria or some chemical weapon or whatever comes first...

We have similar bombs in our arsenal and in fact used one or more of them during the early days of fighting in Afghanistan.

Nope. But at least there won't be international outcry and condemnation of Russia for nuking another country. It would instead be a detail hardly worth reporting by the media.
