webair - 30 days notice before cancelling any account

It's unfortunate that you want to cancel your service with Webair. Can you please give me some feedback on why you want to cancel your account? Is there anything we can do for you to consider keeping your account active with Webair? Lastly, Webair requires 30 days notice before cancelling any account or service and so your account would close in December. Please confirm that you want to cancel your account and I can proceed with your request. I'll look forward to your response.
    Who does this?
And if i don't have $$ on my CC?

      4. Termination. Webair can terminate this Agreement if you (i) don't pay your bill when due; or (ii) breach any other provision of this Agreement and don't cure the breach within ten days of notice from Webair. Webair can also terminate the Services immediately, without notice, if immediate termination is needed (in Webair's sole opinion) to avoid harm to Webair or its equipment, personnel, network, vendors, or other customers.
Unfurtanly I'm out of cash on my CC bank account.

I did... they say that they require 30 days notice before cancelling my account...

If I don't pay they cancel soon has they don't have the money.
If I want to cancel, I need to w8 30 days.... and pay one more month...

When I signup i'm paying in advanced one month... why to i need to pay 30 days when I decide to cancel?
