I think at a certain age you realize there's more to life and that now it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. They can afford to buy a nice bike and enjoy the freedom of riding!

German engineering = best in the world.
So unless you buy H-D as some kind of patriotic act to support Murrica, you're a pretentious fag.
Obvious you have never ridden a motorcycle. Riding position and comfort vary drastically between a Harly and a European touring bike. I personally couldn't go 10 miles in the forward riding style of most European bikes.

Yep; it all goes back to horse riding styles of Europe/Asia vs the US.

I missed this thread, been kinda busy with the new project.
As for the trade help the government gave to Harley, here's a cool video

Why ride a Harley? Because they can be 20 years old and still be cool. I ride because it's like therapy. I ride mine almost every day now.
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
              think about that

I sold one of those a couple years ago, 75 VW pick up that got 45 to 50 mph. Cool little truck, just didn't need it.

I was referring more to the false advertising and computer trickery they resorted to that back up their false mpg claims.

German engineering being better than is a myth.

My dad swears by Mercedes, I would rather have a F150 4x4 than that.

New upgrades on my road king are killing it. Next month getting it dyno tuned
