    There are many official documents like this. Still people just don't seem to care. And this is while NASA and others are spending zillions of tax payers money searching for life.

    I'm currently watching "Steven Greer: UFOs and the Deep National Security State" from last Saturday. You should check it out!:

As is the technology to send anything beyond the range of modern telescopes. Which have found little evidence of anything other than dead planets.

The biggest problem for people in the 22nd Century, will be natural resources to get to the next town. Of course there won't be much point in going there as it will be as shitty as where you are already.

                                                                                                                                                      Prince Charles gave an interesting interview about climate change reducing resources. Whether it's man made or not it's happening. It's ruining food production, with exploding populations expect more of the Worlds poor to arrive at our door step. Or to go to war over resources, including oil. which is what ISIS is after, they want control of it before it runs out.

                                                                                                                                                      If Aliens came here, we should be terrified they don't want what we have. They have to need to travel 100s of light years, and it won't be to spread peace and love.

In addition, if there is life elsewhere, who is to say that it evolved intelligence as we know it. After all, it seems that our so-called intelligence is going to ultimately be the demise of the species so creatures such as humans might never be around long enough to even develop the technology to travel near the speed of light which is what it would take to travel galaxy to galaxy and don't start with wormhole theories because again, the species could die out before understanding any practical uses of that (assuming that is possible and assuming that there are any ways to use it).

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Again, the odds are in favor of life out there but no indication that it has ever left the home planet at all.
