How to stop spam from appearing in GA?

I've been getting SE hits with keywords related to amazon...things like "amazon coupons" and dumb shit like that.

I don't sell anything. Don't talk about Amazon. Nothing even remotely relevant to amazon.

Any idea how to get these keywords to stop appearing in our Google Analytics?

    Thanks

You can place filters on your Google Analytics accounts, where it will stop to track traffic sent from these refferal spammers.

Just create a filter to exclude hits from these domains and using regular expression, specify the domains you want to ban:
        Code:
        yourmaindomain\.com|anotheruseddomain\.com|payingservice\.com|translatetool\.com
If you need more info, search on Google on how to "stop refferal spam on Google Analytics", there are many articles with good ideas. Select which fits better on your website.

Can't be done - they love their spam down in Georgia.
It's always on sale at Wal-Mart, that's why.
