I'd recommend you use Chrome, Firefox, Safari and even Internet Explorer if all else fails. Anything else is...meh

The tubesitessubmitter customer service is just a good joke.
I have an error message on the trial version and the person tells me to look at their blog to use the software is really piteous !

There aren't more that 10 tubes worth uploading to, no need to use any software for that. Only spammers use these submitters.

See the list above, check their Alexa rank and weed out those with rank greater than 5k. Test it with a few uploads and then remove those that don't list you or don't send enough views. Easy.
