it was ok. Quite boring at times. Quite predictable. Quite overrated. -
Well, it was "OK"...
Biggest flaw though is why Nathan would use a keycard for himself, as opposed to biometrics?
That aside though it stopped me from thinking or posting about poo for 98mins so all is good

I just saw it for the first time last night. I liked it, but had to overlook some stuff to like it. The power failures were ridiculous. The cameras, just like the rest of the security system and the computers and entire house actually, should have been on battery backup UPS's. Why didn't Caleb even bring this up? Even if it were planned, Caleb should have asked this questions right from the beginning.
But anyway, good movie, worth watching. Good story with a good amount of tension. The visual effects are near perfect and the ending is a nice payoff. It also reminds me a little of a Kubrick Film which is always nice.Comment

The ultimate test of whether or not she could pass for human was her ability to manipulate the tester using sexual charms. Also, her capacity for murder -- since she hated her creator's oppression so much (and he was a giant asshole) it was probably a great release for her to stick that knife in him.
The last thing would be her desire to experience and explore the outside world. If you think about it, she's just as human as anyone else.Comment

Good movie overall, ending was too predictable tho. Few flaws in it like how easy it was for him to get access to her and for her to do what she did. Wouldn't be in a rush to watch it ever again.Comment
