my fucking landlord is trying to get me out of my office on the lie that the building is unsafe.
basically they are trying to avoid the need of a putting in a totally new roof when they bought the property to bulldoze it and develop.
the roof is leaking and they wont fix it, not bad but it could be really bad if the don't fix it.
i have 1.5 years on my lease and they said i need to be out in 30 days.
