ICQ history on Windows 10?

Cannot seem to find reference to the location anywhere. Anyone know where it is?

Not sure but my first guess would be inside a local or roaming user profile.
Second guess would be a central ICQ server, since they have now started syncing messages between devices and installs.
But I do not know any specific locations.

Prior versions were roaming but I can't find it. I think it's still local, at least on my install, because for each individual user I can click on their history and download it almost instantly. Doing that for hundreds of users is a little unrealistic. :-)
