I don't know why, but it's owner (Rich) is delaying Payoneer payment for almost a month.
While hold is 10 days, regarding program rules.
He is ignoring ICQ messages and in the past 2 days Rich is in 'offline' mode in ICQ.
I just wanna understand: anybody got the payment for 1-15 October???
