Did you check that footer.php file like I mentioned above? Make sure it's not infected.

On a side note, take a look at your page source with FireFox - there are a large number of entries that do not validate.

Your site is by the very definition, considered "spam". So who cares if Google bans your ass or doesn't. I can't imagine you get much traffic from them in the first place.

Your site offers nothing original or unique. It's nothing more than a bunch of links to other sites. They call sites like yours "bad neighborhoods" and any dumb ass stupid enough to list their site on yours will get SEO penalties under the guilt by association clause.

The best thing anyone can do is to disavow any association with your site, if you happen to have linked to them and pray to the heavens above that Google will find it in their hearts to accept your disavow submission and not punish their site for being listed on yours in the first place.

In other words .... spend less time worry how to trick Google into unbanning you and spend more time on creating a site that offers something original and unique. VALUE ADDED CONTENT << Google that phrase and see what it's about.

Site is still not recovered even after multiple reconsideration request in past 1 and half month and they keep declining. Site got its own content, our own produce exclusive but they not listening....

We have implemented https whoch google prefer but still no luck

This is still going on? When my domain got blocked i just submitted a appeal saying I'll be removing some ads but in the end everything was restored to default. Other domains with the exact same ad setup never got touched.

@EddieG what did you do to get yours returned, I'm almost certain the dropping of all these sites off the index for cloaking was a false positive in their bot but yeah we can't tell them that. We're suppose to suck it up and blow google until they return it.

Yes its indexed when you search with site:desipapa.tv but its not coming in search. We are not getting any hits from Google... Manual Spam penalty is showing in google webmaster tool. We request multilple time and also implemented https and also remove plugrush and exoclick but nothing considered....

That's the most obvious thing I can see. I think G will start to come down hard on sites that do this. I'm finding so many sites these days that have a blind link on first click and I wonder if or why they manage to get any SE traffic.
