Seen too many of these kinds of threads in recent years...

- OP starts thread stating they haven't been paid and can't get into contact with the program.

- A few bros reply saying they're up to date, but several others also express concern.

- A rep from the company comes in to say that everything is fine, issues are now fixed, and while he's there, usually throws a couple of thinly veiled "you're an idiot for taking this to GFY" insults.

- Thread continues for months afterwards with more and more people saying they haven't been paid.

- Company rep is strangely quiet.

starting to wonder if this is a way for some companies to raise their liquidity, maybe they're dropping this money into (unsuccesful) media buying

After seeing this thread a few months ago, I checked and saw we had not had a payment since last summer. I contacted Scott back in January and we've been on track ever since. Not sure what happened, but we've been paid regularly ever since I reached out to Scott. FWIW, we set the minimum payment threshold to $100 for NA.

He said nothing. And this is the problem. We "talk" for about 14 days. He always send copy of my email to some Crystal. This lady must be very busy, she never responded. So I send an email to Scott, he sends my email to Crystal, I am waiting for answer. A day or two and then again.

I have a lot of communication problems with them too. These guys simply ignore you to the max, often not responding to emails. Very, very, VERY frustrating. They keep telling they are fixing everything, but I always have to beg for my payment, it takes lots of time before they finally send you a check. You feel releaved for a few weeks, and then it starts all over again. It's incredibly frustrating. This is one of the major companies in the porn industry, how can they have such a terrible affiliate support? It's unbelievable.

Same situation for me! But Crystal at the end of a lot of emails send me missing checks.
All ok? No, because when checks begin their travel 1 of them always goes for an invisible way never arriving so I have to start everything from the beginning with Crystal etc. etc
I have to admit to be not so lucky with postal service and I know they have sent me checks!

I just got the answer from Scott:

"I do not handle Accounting, I can't pay you."

So I have to contact Crystal. I sent her about 5 emails in last 2 weeks - no answer. OMG, it can't be so hard to send wire or Paxum payment. I don't want check because last check never arrived.

It should be brought more into the open. Would it not be interesting to have a sticky note on the forum in which webmasters can somehow express their experience with receiving support and their payments from adult companies? Maybe with the help of a poll, it's just an idea.
1) This could encourage companies to actually make their payments (and also give better support to webmasters), because they don't want to risk a bad reputation.
2) Webmasters are on the same time being warned about companies that do not pay or that communicate badly.

Scott, I did many attempts in past to reach you through e-mail, icq and skype without luck.
Weeks ago I did at least get a response from Crystal sometimes, but I have not been able to reach Crystal either these days anymore, not by email and not by phone. Just no responses.
All the time I get to hear things are getting back on track again, well, then why was my payment not processed as it should have? Why don't I get any responses? Do you know how extremely frustrating this is for all these people that have to chase their well-earned money.

For that idea to even remotely work, there would need to be some type of verification system. I would be much, much more worried about new users, like yourself with 2 or 3 posts, out of two in this thread, who claim this or that.

There are simply an endless amount of scammy webmasters, much much more than the amount of programs that for one or another reason do not pay one or more of their affiliates.

For what it's worth, I also had a payment issue, I emailed Scott with my name, address, affiliate name and so on, all the details in one email. I got a response and I was paid within a week. No problem, shit happens but Scott and Naughty America handled it great!

Scott, you should send this thread to the company CEO or owners, so that they can see the extent of the problems, and make some adjustments, hire more people if necessary.

I'm sure that your job would be easier too without all the affiliates with payment problems breathing down your neck.

I've always gotten my affiliate checks from NA in the past, the thing is I'd have to email them every time I reached the threshold, they would never go out automatically.

This time no matter how much you email them, nothing gets done. I'm not talking about a lot of money here, just over the minimum payment.

Does somebody have to hit a button or something to let payments go out? Don't understand what the problem is really..

Just sucks. Makes you feel pathetic, like you're begging for your own money. Then you're afraid to keep asking because you think they'll get annoyed and never send you you're check. Nice feeling. Thanks.

The communication got worse these days indeed. I'm still wondering whether these are simply organizational problems, or that they do this on purpose. I've seen older posts in which the same problems were described. Also, Scott is aware of these problems obviously, but all he tries is to camouflage them. It would be more professional to acknowledge the problems, and to do something about them.

I hope that Crystal will give sign of life in this thread soon and will assure all their affiliates waiting for their legit payment that they will get it ASAP.
