Their "mass payment" system doesn't work. This is for when you have to make many payouts to affiliates.

I asked them to fix like a month ago, still nothing.

Damn, nothing works. I updated my email once and forgot the .com and it was accepted in the system, caused a problem. Resetting your password works half of the time, so many bugs.

Works good for me(us) had some wires stuck a while ago but it got sorted, over-all it's been very good for several years...

Glad it works good for you, the support for me is slow, incompetent, the cms is even worse. I've had to send them my id 100 times.

Good idea, unless they go up like epassporte but I see your point for sure. I've got decent sized payments coming in and out and that does not seem to currently motivate them to help me faster.
