          1. Would be horribly windy being on it - going along the Thames Path is exposed enough.
          2. The Thames Path is already there along the bank with cyclists using it and I don't think there is enough of them for this thing to make a profit.
          3. They will never get permission to cut-off one side of the river so boats can't land and the River Police / Thames Lifeboat can't get to some of the water.
