Here is what tubes usually do to limit their liability. A user (or an alleged user, sometimes owners of the tube will do it themselves) upload footage to a site. As long as their is not a watermark whoever made it can claim they produced it. They check mark some 2257 and releases and it awaits approval.
This has been discussed many times. Contact the host and say for them to ban your content. Of course this is hard if the watermark is gone. I can totally see the admins uploading a modified video of yours and then watermarking it but you never know, better to warn them first and then take legal action if it continues. __________________
