There's lots of discussion about various charges per gig of bandwidth served up.

Who has the best rates and service available?

This would of course be for a high volume site, and not the one that everyone was jumping up and down about either.

Depends on what kind of bandwith you want also.

LibidoNetworks has two tier's.

Tier A is Internap bandwith and is .85 cents a gig.
Tier B is Cogent based bandwith and is .40 cents a gig.
