Just keep up regular exercise and it shouldn't be bad.

Putting on weight is easier with age but as long as you are mindful before consuming something and get regular exercise you should be fine.

I've got a terrible case of bursitis on my hip, about the only thing I can do now is walk. I can't even ride a bicycle or use an elliptical without a lot of pain. :disgust
I may have to start swimming or something else.
