      They sell ads. Every 10th or 20th swipe is an ad. I'm sure they have other monetization schemes.

      They also sell Tinder Plus allowing users to have unlimited likes and to change location and revert unliked to likes.

          That on top of the fact that now they charge you a per month fee and limit your amount of swipes. They charge more per month the older you are.

          It's definitely an interesting business model.

              Yeah thats Tinder Plus.

              They we're ad free for the first year. It's owned by one of the bigger dating companies so they didn't really need to monetize. Now that they have almost every single 18+ in the world now is the time to cash in.
