    To swim through a tunnel to safety or summing...

    Do you find yourself holding your breath along with them?

      I noticed movie people can always hold their breath longer than the best free-diver.

      Ever see the underwater chase scene in Turistas? That was scary..and they made it realistic by having the characters find tiny air pockets to survive longer. You really felt the desperation of needing air.

          Exactly... Thats why I always end up red faced, spluttering and having an uncontrollable hacking coughing fit... I start spitting everywhere and shouting and this leads to me being banned from the cinema...

                          Yeah, I remember doing that during the Poseidon Adventure.

                          There's also an under-ice scene in Damien - Omen II.
