If we are talking about "Are boobs helping in the appreciation of the blowjob?" I'd say yes. I like to look down on the girl and see the boobs bouncing during the bj. If she can make eye contact from time to time it's even better.
If the question is "Is there a connection between the boobs and the quality / quantity of blowjob(s) given by a lady?" My answer would be absolutely not IMOO.

Now, on a side note, I never thought of it but Jel's comment about nose tends to match my personal experience as well.

Actually Nick mentioned only half of the problem..

The original statement was that "Girls with small breasts tend to be averagely better in sucking". The reason for that is that they have more motivation to satisfy men, as they don't have such advantage as giant tits. And yeah, for the same reason they can be statistically more often training their ass in the gym and so forth. We don't count porn models of course.

That's what the original discussion was about.
