Rant Naughty Revenue Support?

Hi all,

I don't mean to come off in a negative light but I've been unable to receive any support from Naughty Revenue support.

I'm owed a $150 check which has been pending for more than two months. Hasn't even been sent out.

I've contacted Scott via Skype, email, ICQ and a message on his profile. I have also contacted Glenn via ICQ & email.

Have they stopped paying? Is there any other way to contact them for a guaranteed response?

Honestly it's making me feel like even if I get paid this time, how do I know I'll get paid next time? Are there any other decent programs that pay 100% of the time?

Hi Scott, I have a similar issue and we were in contact about it two weeks ago. You were waiting for a response from accounting. Since then, almost two weeks of silence. I happened to email you earlier today to follow up myself. Thanks!

I did...about 5 minutes after this post. I understand it's only been a day but I've been waiting for a month now.

Would you mind sharing details? I don't want to keep on being told to wait for a response, I want to know when this issue will be fixed. I love NR, I really do. They're the easiest company I've worked with in terms of technology but their support is very lacking! I simply cannot justify spending a whole months worth of marketing budget, to only have to wait 2 months for still no check...please resolve this, I have shown I can be a good affiliate so please return the favour and we can carry on with this agreement.

Could you also advise on how long the cheque will take to reach me (UK) - and if you think a wire transfer would be quicker.

Thank you Scott and Naughty America/Revenue for helping out. When this thread was created, my check was apparently already in the mail. In this case, I strongly believe NATS created the error for both NA and myself but it turned out to be an easy fix. Thanks for helping out!

Checks from the US takes about five to six business days to reach a western European country like UK. The USPS really do drag their feet before sending it across the Atlantic. Mail the other way are in my experience delivered within three business days.

When sent from Canada, in my experience it takes around four business days to arrive.
