      I hope not
      For a lot of reasons.
      Main one: I don't think his wisdom overcomes his age for the rigors of POTUS.
      That said, an important cabinet appointment for Mr. Biden would be a good idea if he would accept such an appointment.

              I don't really know much about Biden. I thought he was sort of laughed at like your crazy uncle. I don't think it would change anything; Hillary pretty much has the nomination.

                  Biden won't run because he'll pull votes from Hillary. Democrats know that Hillary is the best candidate to run in 2016 and won't do anything to ruin her run. By some off chance Biden wins the Dem nomination, the GOP will run be ruthless with the "Just another Obama" campaign ads.

                          I think it will depend on the outcome of Hillary's Beghazi testimony and what comes from her email scandal. If she gets indicted or takes a major legal hit from one of these things Biden might then jump in because she will either be forced to drop out or be seriously damaged by it.

                          If nothing comes of it (which is what I think will happen) I don't think he will get in. Hillary did really well at the debate and has seen her numbers increase since. She will be very hard to beat and I don't think he will want to get into it just to get his ass kicked.

I think the only ticket the dems need to worry about is an innovative one like say a Trump/Carsen, that gets people excited. Look at the electoral college - Dems have a slight advantage there. If it comes down to Bush v Clinton she'll crush him.
