How come here the Studio Stats look exactly like affiliate stats? If I'm only seeing affiliate stats where is the models earned income?

Also how come Chaturbate NEVER answers emails I mean should I be concerned? Do they have other means of contacting them?

It pretty much is an affiliate account. But if your sub accounts are models and not affiliates, you'll see the models earnings. It works, nothing to worry about and your payouts will match what you see there.

They don't actually support studios much, I get the feeling through my limited contact with them that they see a studio owner as kind of a nuisance, and they would rather just deal with models directly. Fortunately their stuff works, and if you have a real problem you can usually get an answer quickly either by contacting support or complaining on GFY. (the latter is a dick move and I don't recommend it)

The truth is that they have plenty of models and traffic with out you, me or anybody else and would probably prefer to be 100% vertical. Personally I just go with the "no news is good news" approach and cash my checks. It works well so far.
