i got a manual copyright claim for the musc, even though i produced the music 100% myself. Anyone know the rules?
Ofcourse it sounds like the original but its a parody, and i think its different enough (several different notes and instruments etc). I created it so how can they say it's theirs? I already disputed it by the way.

Youtube is so insane with that stuff, I didn't even realise you had any of his music in it at all (even though it wasn't actually anything they produced). Is it just the bit at the end?
TripleXPrint on Megan Fox "I would STILL suck her pussy until her face caved in. And then blow her up and do it again!"

Copyright the song in your country, if you can. Sign up with a NL publishing company.
If bieber boobs makes a claim sort it out and explain it is meant as a parody. If your lead melody is the same as his you will have to go weird al route and pay them royalties if your song makes anything. More than likely they will just not allow the song if its too much of a copy and...they won't help you to make fun of their artist.
Option 2: Get a lawyer. Most countries have free lawyer advice services for artists.

thanks. Got an update: "dispute has not been approved by plaintiff"
No shit, ofcourse these idiots don't approve my dispute... they made the claim in the first place. Weird shit. I'm gonna change the melody and see if that helps, i don't have time to go into a legal battle over something this ridiculous.

georgeyw: Yes it's the song over the credits.
I dont think you have to go into a legal battle from what I posted. For free a lawyer will tell you whats up on the issue. Good luck with the process.
