    Business contract to hire actress

    Anyone has a legal agreement / contract which i can use to hire an actress for a basic photo/video shooting ?
    (it won't even be porn, but i'm guessing usual porn contracts will do the trick).
    Not really willing to pay for a lawyer who is going to give me a standard contract taken from a lawyers database anyway
    If anyone has this, i would really appreciate

                      The one that I personally used to use (That covers the also covers the 2257 requirements for American usage) can be found HERE

                      Just print out and have her fill it in, along with keeping scans of her IDs...

                      However, IANAL, and as such while this suited me, in the UK, perfectly fine, I would advise you to check that it is ok for you - In whatever country / locality you are in....
