In Google.ca (Canada), Google.de (Deutschland), Google.it (Italia), Google.es (Spain) and Google.co.uk (United Kingdom), this popup window does not appear.

Google obviously wants visitors, but I'm a little surprised they are joining a sensitive cause like this.
I would love to see google lose traffic cause of this move. I'll add bing to my homepage for the next 7 days. Match me if you want.
