                        because probably someone that is in urgent need of cash, wouldnt spend his money on uneccessary things like phone for 500 $.
                        there is a suspicion that he could spend this 500 $ by other, more profitable way...

                            Conclusion is that EU is nothing but a political midget not ready for anything like Schengen Agreement or euro, it will either redefine itself or go back to what it was 3 decades ago.

                                Still not following you. You're suggesting that before they became refugees there was no possible way they could have had a job, a normal life and the same need as the rest of us to own nice things?

                                        The EU is a dream of a few politicians and the few remaining Socialists who think they will take over.

                                        The migrant crisis has punched another hole in their dream. It clearly shows politicians work for their voters benefits first, in order to keep their jobs. Except in a few cases, and that will cost those politicians their jobs.

                                        The only solution is massive camps where they are forced to stay, those with required skills can be allowed to get jobs. The rest stay in the camps with no prospect of work. Not very "Socialists". It is very selective, sensible, economic, effective and will reduce the numbers coming.

                                        The problem is getting all Member States to agree.

                                                Sure, the first generation are laggards but their children, 2nd generation, generally assimilate. Ghettoization in AmeriKa is caused by racism primarily notwithstanding the white trash that lives in trailer parks.
