Assuming the other countries want them.of course the solution cannot be to move 19 million Syrians to Europe but what would make actually sense would be supporting countries like Turkey, Lebanon etc financially so they can deal better with the refugees locally.
Lebanon has 4.5 million people and has taken so far more than 1 million refugees from Syria - and Lebanon is really not a rich country
