I need a ccbill like solution with affiliate tracking and affiliate payments, weeky payment would be ideal.
I know CCBill and Verotel used to be the main ones for this.
I know many other billing companies simply do not understand the HUGE value of affiliate tracking/payments, cuz they are just focused on processing. CCBill got it all figured out 15 years ago but is CCBill still the best solution for this ?

Any other solid billing processor you can recommend (meaning : you use them, it works, they pay like clockwork you AND your affiliates) ?

Quick question: Why not use CCBill for this? They already do everything you ask, and have a rock solid reputation. What would your reason be for using someone else?

epoch > ccbill. Don't hold your breath if you are expecting a bunch of affiliates to sign up though, whoever you use.

Better off with your own processing + NATS and someone like webmasterchecks to pay out or doing all payments in-house, seeings as you'll have about 5 affs sending sales, each of which is a tube site. Unless you have a very good product of course, and also dependant on your model. GL and a bump for more input from others

Yes but that's exactly what i want to avoid : setting up NATS and do all the payouts... It's too much work, i do not have the time to do it and definitely dont want to hire someone to do this. I want freedom now, and the affiliate tracking/payment really gives me that

I think you are overestimating how many affiliates sending sales you are going to get to a new program in 2015

But even so I hear ya... threw it in for consideration if nothing else

Most processors like OrbitalPay integrate with NATS, this allows you to maintain your affiliate tracking while cascading through multiple services and allows you to keep your history even when switching processors.

You can try Sliiiing, which can help as a CCBill alternative, but I would highly recommend using CCBill unless you have a problem with them for some reason.

Jel: There are two mindsets when it comes to CCBill/NATS. I have heard equally 50/50 those who prefer one over the other. But I agree about affiliates sending sales. I just checked. Know how many CCBill affs I have with my 3 (CCBill) Programs? Close to 2000. I get signups every single fucking day, brand-new affiliates, and they never do jack shit. I wonder wtf is going on and why they even bother? Amazing.

We are making some changes now to the affiliates/reseller section. You can create an account for free and check it out. We pay out resellers weekly with a minimum payout of USD 100.

Does Verotel supply their VAT ID to their EU affiliates yet?

If you're European, it's not worth being an affiliate of a Verotel program if there's no proper way to create invoices for your income.

I used to LOVE verotel, i still have an account with you guys and honestly i love the simplicity of the admin. But there are 3 issues with Verotel, as far as i'm concerned :

Affiliates like CCBill. Epoch, in my opinion, has some better reporting stats, but affiliates in aggregate like it less than CCBill. In my experience, Verotel does not pay, so I do not promote Verotel programs, but your mileage may vary.

CCbill is great. However, if you are looking to save money, have a tremendous amount of control, and a ton of features, NETbilling with NATS works very well.

You can view and download invoices - including invoices for payouts (XLS or CSV)

Invoices are also broken up based on the currencies in which your sites are selling.

In the Control Center you can filter by website. There is a general overview on the Reseller home page and on this page you can filter the data by website. There is also an overview of the top performing sites down below:

There is no fee for resellers. Or do you mean the annual fee for new merchants? This annual fee is only charged for merchants with no previous processing history. And this fee is waived after your first year as long as your volume remains above EUR 100/week.

The fee is obligatory by MasterCard EU (Visa EU has not yet added this fee) and we pay this fee on our merchants behalf as long as the volume remains above EUR 100/week.

This fee is not charged for Verotel Premium and is only applied to new Verotel Basic accounts.

You can set a maximum of 70% for one-time sales or a maximum of 50% for recurring sales. Originally we set this up to protect the webmaster, since chargebacks are not taken from the affiliate. Internally we have looked at raising this and I expect that this will be the case very soon.

As an affiliate (not a paysite), I'm providing a service and getting paid for it, so I need to create the invoice. I need to put the customer's (Verotel's) company name, address, and VAT ID on the invoice. You don't provide Verotel's VAT ID last I heard, which is a problem for EU affiliates.

This would be complicated, would puzzle the accountants as it's Verotel sending the money. And I don't think you supply these companies Name, Address, and VAT ID with each payout either.

OK, in that sense you would need to work with the individual website owners as you are not actually buying/selling anything from Verotel. We only process the transaction and give you a % and the webmaster the difference. We are tax exempt, money in = money out.

You run the affiliate program, the billing, the reporting, the infrastructure - it's not like you just move money like Paypal. As I said it could be a compromise if you at least provided a company breakdown of each payout with all the information.

Of course it's up for you to decide.

I'm just saying that for EU affiliates the Verotel affiliate program is a problem this way, and we will mostly skip promoting sites that have a Verotel affiliate program. I know that others have the same issue, the same thing has come up on another forum too.

We do move money, just like PayPal.

You get a breakdown of each payout and from what webmaster.

The services we provide are tax exempted Financial Services, charged with 0% VAT.
If the percentage is 0, you do not require the VAT number.
