As about "environmental electromagnetic noise". That's a well-known method of making electricity from "nowhere". I'll save you some money... or not....

It is a L.E.D. flashlight that gets it's power from a std Li-Ion button cell and will last some time in intermittent use. It's not really that bright except in absolute dark.
