Does anyone know if ATVOD rules and regulations apply to companies registered in Guernsey or Isle of Man? or does this thing apply to UK only? Tried to google some info on this with no luck.

At the moment they are wanting there rules to apply worldwide and are wanting to block sites that do not comply.

From my understanding its where you are based. So if your in the UK it does not matter if you register your business on Mars. If they find your in the UK then from what I gather the rules still apply.
