I'm going to go ahead and say no. If they do they probably are not going to let everyone on the net view a rocket as it plows into some building and blows people to shit... Just my though =)

Did you see the last gulf war? Plenty of clips of rockets approaching a target at significant speed. The camera blows up with everything else, so they lose the feed at the instant it hits.
