Where would you claim asylum? I'm sure all real asylum seekers would claim it in the first safe place they came to so why does the BBC insist on calling sponging benefit hunters asylum seekers?

In Roszke, officers used tear gas to quell unrest after migrants at the reception centre refused to be fingerprinted.

The migrants, many of them Syrian, reportedly feared this would mean they would have to claim asylum in Hungary whereas they wanted to travel on to Germany and other EU states.

Of course she is a traitor. These people are not genuine refugees, they pass through numerous safe countries to reach Germany. They are asylum shoppers not asylum seekers. This disgusting woman accepts them instead of sending them back as Australia does. So how many are enough Angela? A million, two million, ten million,.. The thing is that probably most have no intent to go back. If I would theoretically flee (being military deserter actually), I would go to nearest country as I intent on getting back. Though I would of course end up in jail when coming back (being deserter).

As they intent to settle to new place, they of course choose the best option.

well europe had their countries as colonies for 100-s of years and kept them poor and underdeveloped and then the USA jumped in and fucked things up even more...the whole 3rd world basically got exploited and now the white man does not want to deal with the consequences

Argentine is the same as Russia. Everybody who've been there says it's like a twin country (including mentality, corruption etc), but(!!!) different language and different historical culture. Personally I don't like this cocktail.

The thing is that people don't integrate, that is how we get nations in the first place. For example the Swedish folks who came in here about 1300- onward, have learned to speak Finnish just very recently, I mean all of them. Though we were practically invaded, etc. and naturally they didn't want to learn Finnish, but still. I don't know how many generations that has taken, but integration wise the result is not very promising.

And in Germany there are shitloads of Germans who speak only Turkic. Though if you give them another 700 years, who knows.

this is a tough issue to me. the people who are moving are 95% just wanting to live free & in peace. i live in a town where it turns out an entire town in brazil relocated to my town, & the town is basically brazillian now. & generally i like them. sometimes they play their mariachi music too loud. but a lot of the ladies dont wear bras & i really enjoy the view.

im ok with immigrants but there should be legalized processes not free-for-all at borders.
