AVN - Kendra 'Library Girl' Sunderland Pleads Guilty to Indecency Charge

CORVALLIS, Ore.?Kendra Sunderland, the woman who made worldwide headlines after having shot a sexually explicit webcam show in the Oregon State University library, pled guilty yesterday to the misdemeanor charge of "public indecency" with which she had been charged back in January.

Although Sunderland, dubbed the "Library Girl" in many media stories, could have faced a year in jail and a fine of $6,250, what she got was a $1,000 fine and no jail time or any other additional penalties... more at the link.

All kidding aside I'm pretty sure she didn't have a pro Bono attorney on her side.. she just like you would've was able to afford good council.. you with the same high priced lawyer could get off the same way cause she wasn't caught doing it that night.. she was caught from a video that was recorded from a live broadcast.. any good attorney could get you off the same charge by putting doubt the recorded webcam video was doctored and what not.. that is why she got the slap on the wrist.. not cause she was a hot Co ed. but I don't think she would've plead guilty unless she knew she would just get a small fine. This was not a public library, this was a college library where you had to be a student to enter this library. That means there is no chance a kid could've walked in on her like at a public library..

I get it that you think women teachers that sleep with students get a slap on the wrist while a guy teacher gets the book thrown at them. This is nothing like that. This was a simple matter that deserved nothing more than a slap on the wrist that she got.
