I was clicking through some harddisks and stumbled upon some old designs...
Here the first header of StrugglingBabes.com:

A mole with a fucking-machine and a dildo on wheels...

I still can see the humor of it but of course i never should have used it... although it was only up a few weeks....

Care to share you design-failures for a good laugh? or a tear?

But seriously this isn't bad at all! You could still use it for a Blog header or for some fun promotions like galleries. But the most important question is: did it improve or reduce sales?

(My first 'designs' are buried away somewhere, never to be seen. This would include my original oniine persona: a giant green talking penis! Haha!)

I was adding and changing titles on all my youtube songs and i saw a few comercials and i send a appeal to get reinstated earlier so who knows.. When i started i had a 50% bounce-rate. With every design-change i litterally instantly improved my bounce-rate... so... there's a direct relation between design and bounce-rate.

The more people that click away from the site first page the less sales i make... very obviously... It's not about if you like the site-design, or if i like the site-design... it's about what i see in my statistics... And yes... i'm allready planning a new design... because i think 10% is getting a little bit high allready...
