I have had a problem with my account and numerous emails to their managers have gone unanswered for weeks now. Are they still there?

Thanks, although I'm not sure is azsarah is still with them. The last contact I had there was with a "Nick Bata" who said he would handle my issue when he got back from vacation.Comment
