    I don't understand Paxum - Help.

    Hi,

    I have $500 in a USD checking account on paxum.

    I want to transfer this money to a UK bank account. How do I do this? I have tried plenty of times but it never works.

          Have you added this bank account to Paxum? If so You should be able to click the link at the top that says Withdraw Funds then click Withdraw Funds to Your Verified Bank Account. From there you can select your bank account from a pull down menu (in case you have more than one) and tell it how much to transfer.

          If you don't have your bank account verified with them you will need to contact their support and do so first.

                      The problem is that when I try to add a new bank account the bank country is fixed to United States and I can't change it. Also, it asks for Swift code and ABA routing code. I don't think they are used here.

                      It's not the first time I tried to withdraw to a bank account, last time I ended up getting a cheque.

                              Why don't you get a Paxum card ?

                              Also, why are you so fucking stupid ? Do you manage to walk along the street without slapping yourself ?

                                  I would contact their support. You can't be the first person to run into this. Also, like others said, you can get the ATM card and withdraw the money that way.

                                      I think wiring out is mega expensive, cheaper to just order the card and pull it at an ATM.

                                              my arrived after 7 and half weeks.paxum says 6 so small delay.if is more,just contact them

                                              i don't find paxum any complicated than paypal for adding bank accounts and transactions.and for small and fixed fee is better for small incomes than pp

                                              only bad thing is waiting for card,but just need to adjust financials to not to count on paxum funds 6-8 weeks and all ok
